In this video, we will demonstrate how to download the form from the official website of MCA, as well as from the website of True Situation, using easy and simple steps. To download the MCA registration form, follow these easy and simple steps: 1. Go to a search engine and type "MCI eligibility certificate." 2. Look for the search results and click on the first link, which is the official website of the Medical Council of India. 3. Once the website is open, check the links on the left-hand side. 4. Look for the link to download application forms and click on it. 5. On the top of the page, you will find the eligibility certificate application form (form number MC i01). 6. Click on the download button on the right-hand side. The form will open and download in MS Word format. 7. Fill in the form with your basic details, and don't forget to attach a recent passport-sized colored photograph. 8. You can also download the form from the website of Fruit Education. Click on the website link, and a pop-up form will appear asking for your basic details.
